Impact players. You know who they are. Top producers in your organization that deliver every time. They are the top 20% who make good companies great.
The Pareto principle (also known as the 80-20 rule, the law of the vital few and the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. It is a common rule of thumb in business; e.g., "80% of your results comes from 20% of your employees."
We concentrate our efforts on helping your organization source, hire and retain those who are amongst that 20%.
We are not paper pushers. We won’t plaster your walls with resumes. Time is of the essence and our most valuable asset. Therefore we endeavor to not waste it.
We consistently and successfully take on and fulfill the toughest recruitment assignments for our clients. Hard to fill positions are our specialty. Our searches are carefully considered and based upon our client's requirements and the scope of the search, immediacy / urgency, and inherent need for confidentiality.
